If you have placed an order after a promotion has been activated, forgetting to use the promo code, or if a promotion is announced after you have placed your order, you have 96 hours (from the time of your order) to claim a refund of the extra overcharge. After this time, we can offer a credit of the value of the overcharge for a future in-store order, subject to certain conditions. However, after 2 weeks, we cannot offer refunds or credits.
To change an order that has already been placed and paid, you must call 1-800-363-5333.
All cancellations must be made by calling 1-800-363-5333 within 48 hours prior to delivery or pick-up of your order. A fee of 5% of the total amount of the order will then be charged.
